Contact us first
If you have a billing concern, an unrecognized charge or a problem with an order, please contact SWIFT AMINO, LLC before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Email support@swiftamino.com or call (917) 830-4576 with your order number. Most issues can be resolved faster directly with us. This request does not limit your right to dispute a charge through your payment provider.
How we respond to disputes
When a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we review the order and respond to the payment provider with relevant documentation, which may include order records, payment records, delivery and tracking records, along with customer communications and the terms accepted at checkout.
Suspected fraud
We may decline, hold or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or unauthorized, request additional verification, and report suspected fraud to payment processors or authorities as appropriate. Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes may be suspended.
No duplicate reimbursements
A transaction will not be reimbursed twice. If you receive a refund from us and a dispute credit from your payment provider for the same transaction, the duplicate amount remains owed. Any resolution accounts for refunds or credits already received.
Research-use-only products
For Research Use Only. Not for Human Consumption. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic or medical use. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, buyers confirm they are at least 21 and purchasing for lawful laboratory research. Disputes based on intended human use of products are not grounds for reimbursement.
