A father and son, years of competing against each other and the weights, and a growing pile of notes we decided to share.
SwiftAmino grew out of a simple habit: two people training together and arguing about what actually works. That turned into reading, tracking — exercise routines, meal entries, and training consistency.
We needed a home base for the data we collected and consumed. Expect this to keep growing. We will share what we figure out, and we hope it makes a dent for somebody else.
