Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern use of this website and purchases from SWIFT AMINO, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your purchase is exclusively for lawful laboratory research.
Laboratory research products only
All catalogue products are sold exclusively for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not sold as drugs, food, cosmetics or supplements. Products and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic or medical use. You may not purchase or use them for any prohibited purpose.
Buyer responsibilities and no medical advice
You are responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use and disposal comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements. You assume responsibility for lawful handling and for obtaining any qualifications, permissions or facilities required for laboratory research. Website content, customer support and any separate movement or meal-tracking services do not constitute medical, veterinary or professional advice and do not provide guidance for consumption of research products.
Orders, refusal and cancellation
An order submission or acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders, including where research-use eligibility cannot be confirmed, a destination is prohibited, stock is unavailable, an error occurs or fraud is suspected. We may request additional verification. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled portion to the original payment method. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; a request may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
Pricing, availability and payment
Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. We strive for accuracy but may correct typographical, pricing, product-description or availability errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel it and refund any amount collected for the canceled portion. Applicable shipping charges and any required taxes are presented at checkout. Payment must be authorized through our designated payment processor.
Shipping, returns and membership
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy apply to orders. Membership pricing, benefits and billing terms are presented at enrollment and remain subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property and site conduct
The website, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other content are owned by SWIFT AMINO, LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access the site for lawful personal or business research purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit or modify protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent information.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that information is error-free or that products are suitable for your specific research objectives. Any express product commitments remain subject to their stated terms, and nothing here excludes warranties or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWIFT AMINO, LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or interruption of research, arising from the website, orders or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWIFT AMINO, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising from your unlawful handling or use of products, breach of these Terms or violation of another party’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.
Changes and general provisions
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updated Terms apply prospectively to website use and future orders; they do not retroactively change an accepted order without a lawful basis or your agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
