The Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500): Reading the Evidence One Ingredient at a Time
Tap to zoom
Key points
- A named blend of two research peptides: BPC-157 and TB-500.
- No trials of the blend itself; BPC-157 is mostly animal data and TB-500 has no human trials.
- No synergy claims are made; both components are prohibited by WADA.
What it is
This card describes a research blend that lists two constituents, BPC-157 and TB-500. For the chemistry of each, see our separate overviews of the single peptides.
How researchers study it
Tissue and gut models are the usual setting for BPC-157, and cell-motility and cytoskeleton models for TB-500. The blend card simply maps those themes side by side.
What the evidence shows
No one has trialed the blend itself. BPC-157 evidence is overwhelmingly animal, and TB-500 has no published human trials. Putting two ingredients together does not add evidence, and there is no proven synergy.
Regulatory status
The blend is not an FDA-approved combination. A July 2026 FDA advisory panel gave favorable, non-binding votes on a compounding question for both components, and both are prohibited by WADA.
